Job summary

Zodiac HR Consultants in Bangalore is seeking an IT Recruiter RPO to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Technology roles. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and databases, screen for technical skills and fit, and coordinate with client hiring managers on interviews and offers.

We look for a minimum of 3 years in IT recruitment, strong knowledge of Boolean search, and excellent stakeholder communication. Work from client office in Bangalore with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and hiring trends.
• Experience sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social hiring.
• Proficient in Boolean search, keyword sourcing and talent mapping.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience handling multiple IT requirements simultaneously.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment MIS.
• Strong ownership mindset with focus on quality hiring.
