• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely follow-up with candidates and internal hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication from first contact through offer and joining.
• Support offer discussions and joining coordination.
• Maintain recruitment records and strengthen professional networks relevant to hiring in Vadodara and beyond.

• Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, professional networks and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current openings and upcoming requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess skills, communication, availability and role suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely follow-up with candidates and internal hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication from first contact through offer and joining.
• Support offer discussions, salary negotiation, notice-period discussions and joining coordination.
• Maintain recruitment records and strengthen professional networks relevant to hiring in Vadodara and beyond.
