Job summary

Diverse Lynx in Noida is seeking an experienced Domestic IT Recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for client IT positions. You will source candidates through portals like Naukri and LinkedIn, assess technical fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will handle onboarding, maintain trackers, and build a strong pipeline of IT candidates to ensure timely closures. Walk-In Interviews Welcome at Logix Park, Sector 16, Noida, with working hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience in Domestic IT Staffing (C2H) and client hiring.
• Ability to source and screen candidates for technical roles.
