Job summary

Diverse Lynx in Noida is seeking an experienced recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT positions. You will source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and other channels, and screen, assess, and shortlist candidates to meet client requirements.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, manage candidate follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding, and maintain recruitment trackers to ensure timely closures.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic IT staffing (C2H) and client hiring.
• Ability to source and screen candidates to meet client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
