Job summary

Diverse Lynx in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking an IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT positions and to source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels. The role involves screening, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and managing onboarding processes.

You will maintain recruitment trackers and build a strong pipeline of IT candidates, with working days Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at Logix Park, Noida location.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT positions
• Source candidates through portals like Naukri/LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical and client requirements
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding processes
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates
