Job summary

Diverse Lynx in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT positions. You will source candidates through job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn, screen and shortlist applicants, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and guide candidates through onboarding.

The role requires building a strong IT candidate pipeline, maintaining trackers, and ensuring timely closures.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic IT staffing, including contract-to-hire (C2H).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and referrals.
