Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office

We are looking for passionate and driven Recruitment Analysts / Recruitment Specialists with 6 months to 5 years of experience, specifically in Non IT Recruitment and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring, to join our team in Bengaluru.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end Non IT recruitment, especially in C2H (Contract‑to‑Hire) hiring models, and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with aggressive hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Strong experience in C2H hiring
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate closures
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
• Ensure strong candidate experience and stakeholder management

Eligibility Criteria

• 6 months to 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment
• Mandatory experience in C2H hiring
• Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
