Job summary

Insight Advisors Private Limited is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from understanding requirements to onboarding. You will source candidates through LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and other channels, screen based on technical skills and job fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to handle multiple IT openings and support volume recruitment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience with strong IT/Technology exposure.
• End-to-end IT hiring experience.
• Understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill requirements.
• Sourcing experience through LinkedIn and job portals.
• Strong candidate engagement and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from requirement understanding, sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
• Understand IT job descriptions and identify suitable candidates for various technology roles.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate pipelines, follow-ups, interview feedback, offers, negotiations, and closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions within defined hiring timelines.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Handle multiple IT requirements and priorities simultaneously.
• Support lateral hiring and volume recruitment as required.

• Goodresume screening and preliminary candidate assessment skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder managementskills .
• Abilityto manage multiple requirements and work effectively with hiring managers.
• Strongownership, coordination, and closure-oriented approach.
• Goodworking knowledge of MS Excel .

Preferred Experience

• Experiencein handling end-to-end IT hiring and lateral recruitment .
• Exposureto hiring for roles such as Software Development, Data Engineering,Cloud, DevOps, Testing/QA, Infrastructure, IT Support, and Analytics .
• Experiencewith ATS / HRMS / Recruitment Management Systems preferred.
