Job summary

Embitel Technologies in India is seeking an experienced recruitment professional specializing in IT & Engineering hiring. You will create and execute sourcing strategies across portals, social media, referrals, and networks to build a strong talent pipeline.

You will coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers, track recruitment data in ATS or Excel, and collaborate on offers. A solid understanding of automotive embedded technologies and stakeholder management are highly valued.
