Job summary

IAssess Consultants LLP in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage end-to-end IT hiring across multiple levels. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard new hires in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 4–8 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a preference for data/cloud/security/AI domains. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in technical or IT recruitment.
• Experience in Data/cloud/security/AI roles preferred.
• End-to-end hiring for technology roles at mid- and senior-level professionals.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, recruitment methodologies, and candidate assessment techniques.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Handle hiring for technical and IT positions across multiple levels.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean searches, X-ray searches, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, counteroffers, and joining closures.
• Track and manage multiple open positions while ensuring timely closures and adherence to hiring targets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, market intelligence, and candidate networks for current and future hiring needs.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support overall recruitment team performance.
