Job summary

Hornet Staffing, Inc., a GEE Group company, seeks an experienced Healthcare IT Recruiter with a strong US staffing background. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, focusing on Healthcare IT and Healthcare Non-IT roles.

You will source, screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates for roles like Healthcare Business Analyst, Power BI Developer, Data Analyst, and EMR/EHR Specialists.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting Healthcare, Clinical, Healthcare Operations, or Healthcare IT roles.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple open requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for Healthcare IT positions.
• Recruit for roles such as: Healthcare Business Analyst, Power BI Developer, Data Analyst, Application Support Analyst, EMR/EHR Specialists, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Professionals.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct candidate screening, skill assessment, and initial interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and account managers to understand position requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.
• Schedule interviews and manage the offer process.
• Track recruitment metrics and update ATS regularly.
