Job summary

Valenta in Delhi is seeking a recruitment professional to lead end-to-end hiring for Finance & Accounts and related functions. The role requires coordinating with delivery teams, HR, and management to fulfill open requisitions on time with quality hires.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in ITES/BPO recruitment, strong sourcing via social channels, and excellent communication to manage stakeholder expectations and large accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment standard methodologies (preferably in ITES / BPO )
• Experience in building rapport and collaborating with Hiring Managers through the open requisition, sourcing, debrief and offer stages
• Expertise in sourcing through social media channels and other innovative sourcing channels
• Demonstrable experience in partner management and strength to hold difficult conversations with them
• Build expertise in deep domain knowledge, understanding of business strategy and drive innovation
