Mounee Consulting Services Private Limited is seeking a capable IT operations professional to oversee the company’s complete IT operations, ERP, LAN/Wi‑Fi, CCTV, and IT support services. The role ensures system uptime, asset management, and security across the office environment in Haryana.

The candidate will manage ERP Finsys and hardware, coordinate with vendors, and deliver reliable IT services for employees while maintaining records and backups. Prior ERP and CCTV experience is preferred.

Formación

• Graduate/Diploma/BCA/B.Tech/MCA in IT or Computer Science.
• 5-8 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience in ERP, hardware, networking and CCTV preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support ERP Finsys and resolve user queries/issues.
• Manage all office computers, laptops, printers and software.
• Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and networking systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR and recording systems.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to all employees.
• Maintain IT assets, user IDs, access permissions and data backups.
• Coordinate with ERP, CCTV, hardware and other IT vendors.
• Ensure IT security, system availability and minimum downtime.
• Maintain proper records of IT complaints, assets, AMC and services.
