Balaji Info Lube in Jaipur is seeking a skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, and maintain computer systems to ensure smooth functioning of the company’s IT infrastructure.

You will install and configure systems, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, manage user accounts and access, perform data backups, and coordinate with vendors to keep software up to date while supporting onboarding and exit processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications or practical experience will be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage company email IDs, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Troubleshoot internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
• Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and other applications.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory, and records of company equipment.
• Ensure regular data backups and follow IT security policies.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services and repairs.
• Support employee onboarding and exit processes by arranging or collecting IT equipment and managing system access.
• Maintain documentation of IT issues, solutions, and equipment allocation.
