Job summary

Shahi is seeking an IT support professional to manage inventory and support end users across remote and on-site environments. You will handle hardware repair, printer and scanner configuration, and collaborate with OEMs to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include barcode printer setup, plotter vendor coordination, and configuring intranet and ERP-related apps. The role requires hands-on technical troubleshooting and strong coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT inventory management and ManageEngine applications.
• End-user support and troubleshooting for client machines remotely and on-site.
• Experience with ticketing systems and coordinating with OEMs to resolve issues.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting printers and scanners (network/local).
• Repairing hardware issues across PCs, thin clients, laptops, and tablets.
• Barcode printer support: installation and configuration (Zebra, TSC ME240, etc.).
• Plotter support via vendor management (HP, Hanbond, Richpeace, etc.).
• Intranet app/vendor apps support and configuration (Java/Oracle, ERP apps).

1. Thorough knowledge of IT inventory management and ManageEngine application
2. End-user operation support & Troubleshooting of Client Machines/systems via remote access and On-site
3. Knowledge of the Ticketing tool system, exposure, and Coordination experience with OEMs to resolve various issues.
4. Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network and local printers and scanners.
5. Repairing & troubleshooting IT hardware-related issues, including Thin clients, CPUs, Desktops, Tablets, AIOS, Laptops, etc.
6. Barcode Printer Support: installation & Configuration (Zebra thermal printers, TSC ME 240, Printronix, and Avery Dennison 5.4), etc.
7. Plotter support via vendor management (HP, Hanbond plotters, Richpeace, Gerber)
8. Intranet App/ Vendor Apps Support and configuration (such as Java Oracle setup, compatibility as per the requirements of the modules, ERP App/Infor, etc)
