Job summary

VRSCCL is seeking an experienced IT Hardware Engineer to manage and support company hardware, network devices, and IT infrastructure from Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The role covers troubleshooting, asset management, and vendor coordination across offices.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience, a relevant IT diploma or degree, and certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+. You will provide onsite and remote support while ensuring secure IT practices and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and applications.
• Basic networking knowledge including LAN/WAN and TCP/IP.
• Experience with printers, scanners, and networking devices.
• Active Directory or Microsoft 365 knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure Windows OS and applications.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers and basic network connectivity issues.
• Perform hardware upgrades, replacements and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and hardware records.
• Provide onsite/remote technical support to employees.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC and replacements.
• Ensure backup and security practices for IT devices.
• Maintain helpdesk/tickets and prepare support reports.
• Support CCTV, biometric/access-control systems as needed.

Job Summary

Qualification
