Max Healthcare seeks an IT support professional to handle HIS and related applications, maintain complaint logs, and ensure timely service resolutions. The role involves training users, updating checklists, and documenting approvals while coordinating IT activities under the Head of IT at a major hospital.

Candidate should have proficiency in HIS software, basic MS Office/database skills, and SSRS/Report Builder experience to support daily operations and hardware troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of HIS software.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and databases.
• Result oriented with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
• Experience with SSRS / Microsoft Report Builder.

Responsabilités

• Call handling of HIS and other applications.
• Maintaining the complain log.
• Service call resolution within defined TAT.
• Training to users for HIS and other applications.
• Updating the daily checklists.
• Documentation of approvals notes.
• Coordinate all IT department activities under the Head IT.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Hospital from time to time.
