Job summary

The IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the hospital’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking systems, and hospital management applications. The role ensures smooth functioning of all IT-related operations across departments including OPD, IPD, OT, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, Billing, and Administration. The IT Executive also provides technical support to staff and ensures data security and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain hospital computers, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and networking systems.
• Provide technical support for Hospital Management System (HMS), EMR, and billing software.
