Job summary

Raghunandan Capital seeks an IT support professional to manage daily IT operations, monitor networks, and support staff with setup and issue resolution. The role includes configuring Windows 10/7 across desktops and laptops, maintaining printers, and coordinating with ISPs.

The incumbent will ensure network security and privacy while handling technical support via in-person, email or phone interactions, within the India base.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support and basic network administration.
• Familiarity with Windows desktop environments and common office devices.
• Ability to respond to IT issues promptly and communicate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage and support for Network operations and IT Department as directed by supervisor.
