JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to provide L2/L3

IT Support, ERP Application Support, AWS/Server Administration, Application Deployment, Troubleshooting, IT Security, and Backup Management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ERP systems,

AWS/cloud infrastructure, Windows/Linux servers, networking, application support, security, and backup management. The candidate will work closely with the ERP Development Team, IT Team, vendors, and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth, secure, and reliable business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. L2/L3 IT Support

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for complex IT, system, network, server, and application issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues within defined timelines.
• Identify recurring issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to users across departments and locations.
• Maintain incident, issue, and resolution records.

2. ERP Support

• Provide technical and application-level support for ERP systems.
• Troubleshoot ERP application, user-access, integration, database, and performance-related issues.
• Coordinate with the ERP Development Team for bugs, enhancements, and technical issues.
• Support ERP configuration, testing, upgrades, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day ERP operations.

3. AWS & Server Administration

• Manage and monitor AWS infrastructure, including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and related services.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers.
• Perform server monitoring, patching, maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Monitor server uptime, resource utilization, capacity, and system health.
• Troubleshoot server, application, infrastructure, and connectivity issues.

4. Application & Deployment Support

• Assist the ERP Development Team with application deployment and release activities.
• Support development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Handle application configuration, updates, patches, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and production issues.
• Follow proper change management and rollback procedures.

5. IT Security

• Maintain IT security controls, user access, permissions, and authentication.
• Monitor and resolve security-related alerts and incidents.
• Ensure timely OS, server, application, and security patching.
• Support antivirus/endpoint security, firewall, VPN, and access-control activities.
• Follow organizational IT security policies and best practices.

6. Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Manage and monitor regular server, database, application, and critical data backups.
• Verify backup completion and resolve backup failures.
• Conduct periodic backup restoration/testing.
• Maintain backup schedules, documentation, and recovery procedures.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity activities.

7. Network & Infrastructure Support

• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with Internet Service Providers and IT vendors for technical issues.
• Monitor network and infrastructure performance.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and network documentation.

8. Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with ERP vendors, AWS/cloud vendors, software providers, hardware vendors, and IT service providers.
• Work closely with ERP Development, HR, Finance, Operations, Administration, and other departments to resolve IT-related requirements.
• Ensure timely escalation and closure of technical issues.

9. IT Operations & Documentation

• Maintain IT assets, software licenses, server records, backup records, and user-access records.
• Prepare IT MIS, incident reports, system health reports, and operational reports.
• Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and escalation matrices.
• Support IT audits and continuous technology improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 47 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong experience in L2/L3 IT Support and ERP Support.
• Hands-on experience in AWS / Cloud / Server Administration.
• Experience with Windows/Linux Server Administration.
• Experience in application and production support.
• Basic SQL / Database knowledge.
• Strong networking knowledge: LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Knowledge of IT Security, Backup & Disaster Recovery.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to independently handle complex technical issues and coordinate with development and business teams.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant technical certifications in AWS, IT Infrastructure, Networking, or System Administration will be an added advantage.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, hands-on, proactive, and capable of independently managing L2/L3 IT support, ERP issues, AWS/server operations, application deployments, security, backups, and infrastructure troubleshooting.

The candidate should also be comfortable working with developers, vendors, senior management, and cross-functional business teams.
