Job summary

Ice Make Refrigeration is seeking a hands-on ERP/Application Support Lead based in Gujarat. You will own day-to-day ERP operations, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Finance and HR functions.

You will gather requirements, drive UAT and testing, manage change requests, and help automate processes while ensuring data accuracy and adherence to IT standards.

• Good understanding of manufacturing business processes
• Good working knowledge of MS SQL Server and SQL queries
• Experience with Crystal Reports / MIS reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ERP application support, issue resolution and user coordination
• Understand and support business processes across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Finance, Service, HR and other functions

• Manage ERP/CRM change requests, customization, testing, UAT and deployment
• Coordinate with ERP consultants, developers and vendors for issues, enhancements and implementation

• Develop and validate reports using MS SQL, SQL queries and Crystal Reports
• Support implementation and enhancement of CRM, workflow and other business applications
• Identify opportunities for process automation, digitalization and system integration
• Provide L2/L3 application support and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
• Prepare SOPs, process documentation and user guides and conduct user training
• Monitor application access, data accuracy and adherence to IT processes
• Participate in IT projects from requirement gathering through implementation and stabilization
• Coordinate with Infrastructure/IT for server, database, backup and security requirements

Role & responsibilities

• Experience with Crystal Reports / MIS reporting.


• Experience in requirement gathering, UAT, testing and change management.


• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience coordinating with ERP vendors, consultants, developers and internal business teams.


• Ability to independently manage multiple application-related activities and projects.


• Strong process-oriented approach with good documentation skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in a manufacturing / engineering organization.


• Exposure to ERP/CRM, workflow automation and digital transformation projects.


• Experience with dashboards, MIS and business reporting tools.


• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, databases, backup and information security will be an added advantage.
