Job summary

GIRI CONSULTANCY is looking for a Graduate/Diploma in IT with 1–2 years of IT support experience to join our team in Prayagraj. The role involves handling first-level IT support, assisting in system maintenance, and helping with software/hardware installation across branch offices.

The candidate should have basic networking knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team, while prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Basic knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to support multiple branch locations as required.
• Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
