Job summary

NewportMed is seeking an IT Executive to provide frontline end-user support in Hyderabad. You will assist with login issues, password resets, and access provisioning while setting up new workstations and peripherals.

Ideal candidates have a B.Tech and up to six months of IT experience, with strong communication and proactive problem-solving abilities. Morning shift position with onsite duties in Telangana.

Qualifications

• 0-6 months IT Executive experience expected.
• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech is required.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support end-user desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Handle service requests and incidents via ticketing systems.
• Assist users with login issues, password resets, and system access.
• Set up new workstations including peripherals and network devices.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like system updates.
• Monitor system performance and address issues proactively.
• Maintain hardware and software asset inventory.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN issues.
