Job Overview

Responsible for providing end-to-end IT support , including installation & troubleshooting of Tally, managing internal computer systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot and resolve issues realted to desktops,laptops,printers,software,and net work connectivity.
2. Install, configure and maintain Tally ERP / Tally Prime software.
3. Provide training & functional support to staff on Tally and MS Office.
4. Manage system installations, data backup & recovery.
5. Ensure IT security, antivirus implementation & system compliance.
6. Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance, and procurement .

Preferred Profile

1. Hands-on experience in Tally installation & troubleshooting.
2. Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, MS Office & basic networking.
