Job summary

Kalamandir Jewellers Limited is seeking a technically skilled IT Executive to manage IT operations across our jewellery retail stores in Gujarat. You will install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, computer hardware, and store software to ensure smooth day-to-day activity.

This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong coordination with software vendors, and travel to company stores as needed. You will support billing, inventory, POS, and barcode systems while keeping IT assets well

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, or hardware & networking.
• DExperience in retail IT support, preferably jewellery retail.
• Familiarity with CCTV installation and CCTV DVR/NVR systems.
• Knowledge of jewellery ERP, inventory, billing, or POS software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and surveillance systems at jewellery stores.
• Configure CCTV DVR/NVR, ensure camera connectivity and resolve recording/playback issues.
• Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, CPUs, and other IT assets.
• Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi/internet connectivity and basic networking.
• Support jewellery store software including billing, inventory, stock management, barcode, and POS.
• Troubleshoot software login issues, billing errors, printer connectivity, and store-level IT problems.
• Coordinate with software vendors and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper functioning of store IT equipment.
• Visit stores to resolve hardware, software, and CCTV issues.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities

2. Handle CCTV DVR/NVR configuration, camera connectivity, recording issues, and playback.
3. Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, CPUs, and other IT assets.
4. Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic networking issues.
5. Support jewellery store software, including billing, inventory, stock management, barcode, and POS systems.
6. Troubleshoot software login issues, billing errors, printer connectivity, and other store-level technical problems.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, printers, and peripherals.
• Understanding of retail billing, inventory management, POS, and barcode software.
• Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues independently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to company stores as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Hardware & Networking, or a related field.
• Previous experience in retail IT support, preferably in jewellery retail.
• Experience with jewellery ERP, inventory, billing, or POS software will be an added advantage
