Job summary

Epiroc Mining India is seeking an IT End User Support specialist in Bengaluru to provide first-line assistance for desktop, system, and application issues. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to diagnose root causes, implement fixes, and document resolutions for timely incident closure.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and hands-on knowledge of Windows and Mac OS installations, Lotus Notes, and MS Outlook configuration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT End User Support experience.
• B.Tech / BE degree is required.
• Strong knowledge of desktop and system support, OS installation, Lotus Notes and Outlook.

• Provide technical support to end-users for desktop, system, and application issues.
• Collaborate with team members to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems using various tools such as OS installation, Lotus Notes, MS Outlook configuration.
