Job summary

Fyndna Techcorp is seeking an IT Network and Support Engineer in Mumbai to manage enterprise network infrastructure and end-user support. You will handle firewalls, VPN, and connectivity, while providing L1/L2 support for Windows and macOS devices, leveraging Jamf for Apple device management.

Preferences include Netskope, Intune, and SSO familiarity, with a focus on secure, reliable IT operations and timely issue resolution across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Hands-on with firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and routing/switching concepts.
• Strong desktop support for Windows; macOS experience and Jamf preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day network infrastructure support and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi, access points, and connectivity problems.
• Deliver L1/L2 end‑user support for macOS devices and Jamf management.
• Assist identity and access management and IT operations tasks.
• Coordinate with security vendors for incident resolution and network changes.

We are looking for an experienced IT Network and Support Engineer with a strong background in network operations and

end-user/desktop support.

1. Network & Infrastructure Support

• Provide day-to-day support for enterprise network infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, network troubleshooting, and connectivity issues.
• Support and troubleshoot Wi-Fi / Access Points and related network issues.
• Monitor network availability, performance, and connectivity.
• Coordinate with network/security vendors for issue resolution and infrastructure changes.

2. Desktop & End-User Support

• Provide L1/L2 support for macOS endpoints.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, application, and connectivity issues.
• Experience supporting Apple Mac devices and Jamf is highly desirable.

Skills preferred:

• Strong experience in Network & IT Infrastructure Support.
• Hands-on experience with Firewalls and Access Points/Wi-Fi.

• Strong Windows desktop support experience.
• Experience with macOS and JAMF is preferred.
• Experience with Netskope is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of DLP solutions is an added advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune is an added advantage.
• Exposure to SSO/Identity & Access Management is an added advantage.
