Job summary

Kivitronicsconsulting is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud environments. The role demands hands‑on firewall management, cloud networking, and robust Windows/Linux server support.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, manage VPNs, and ensure security and uptime for day‑to‑day IT operations. Experience with Palo Alto/UTM, Nutanix, and cloud platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Hands-on with firewall administration and cloud networking.
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux server administration.
• Experience with virtualization platforms and network monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, switching, routing, and wireless networks.
• Configure and administer firewalls, UTM devices, NAT/PAT policies, and security solutions.
• Handle firewall management and troubleshooting using Palo Alto Networks and similar platforms.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide support for Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and Windows Server administration.
• Manage endpoint security, antivirus solutions, encryption tools, and patch management systems.
• Support virtualization and VM management environments such as Nutanix or similar platforms.
• Troubleshoot Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows-based server issues.
• Maintain and support access control systems, EPABX servers, and enterprise communication infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure network security compliance and implement best practices for IT infrastructure management.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and incident reports.
• Cloud Responsibilities include designing and managing AWS/Azure/GCP cloud networking.

• Configure and manage VPC/VNet,subnets, routing tables, load balancers, and gateways
  
• Implement and supportsite-to-site VPN, remote access VPN, and hybrid connectivity (on-prem tocloud)
  
• Monitor and optimize cloudnetwork performance, availability, and security
  

RequiredSkills

• Strong knowledge of NetworkingConcepts: LAN, WAN, VLAN, Switching, Routing, TCP/IP
  
• Hands-on experience withFirewall Administration (Palo Alto preferred)
