ERP SAVVY is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven IT Bench Sales Recruiter with 5+ years of proven success in marketing bench consultants and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a robust network of industry contacts and exceptional communication skills to drive placements and expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively market bench consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens, etc.) to clients and vendors.
Leverage an established contact list to generate new business and placement opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, system integrators, and direct clients.
Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and social media.
Negotiate contract terms and close deals with clients and vendors.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and job requirements.
Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
Stay updated on current market trends and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Bench Sales or technical recruiting.
Strong and active contact list within the IT staffing industry.
Deep understanding of various work authorizations (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Familiarity with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners.
Knowledge of current IT technologies and market demand.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
