Job summary

Coforge is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware assets in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. The role emphasizes accurate tagging, tracking, and policy compliance to optimize asset utilization.

You will coordinate with procurement and external vendors, monitor KPIs, and drive cost optimization aligned with organizational policies. A HAM-focused candidate will support audit readiness and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing IT hardware asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Strong knowledge of asset tagging, tracking, and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Ensure accurate asset tagging, tracking, and compliance with internal policies.
• Oversee stock management, inventory control, and reconciliation processes.
• Handle GRN and invoice processing for IT hardware procurement.
• Monitor KPIs and generate reports on asset utilization and performance.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with procurement teams and external vendors for asset delivery and support.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and support budget planning/control.
• Lead HAM processes and collaborate with IT stakeholders
