Job summary

Greenlife E Waste Recycling is seeking an IT Asset Manager to oversee asset movement, disposal and accuracy of the hardware asset database. The role focuses on maintaining complete records, meeting SLAs and KPIs, and QA validation of asset data across locations including Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Delhi.

You will review current Asset Management processes, propose efficiencies and controls, manage spares, and coordinate timely procurement for maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Asset Management and hardware inventory control.
• Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs and data QA processes.
• Strong record keeping and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hardware asset database ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure IT Asset Management SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Reconcile discovered assets not tracked in the database.
• Validate asset records through scheduled QA tasks.
• Review and improve Asset Management processes for efficiency and controls.
• Manage spares and input for timely procurement of replacements.
• Track movement of assets between locations.

Leading MNC company into IT domian looking for IT Asset Manager Asset Movement Asset Reservations Asset Disposal Periodic Physical Verification Maintain hardware asset database to ensure completeness and accuracy at all times Ensure that IT Asset Management SLAs and KPIs are met at all the time Reconciliation of discovered assets that are not tracked in the asset management database Manage the validation of the asset management database records by performing a scheduled task to QA the data for asset records Review existing Asset Management process and suggest improvements in process efficiencies and controls Manage spares and provide inputs for timely procurement of necessary spares to manage repair maintenance activities. Track movement of assets from one location to another
