Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT infrastructure operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows desktop and enterprise IT support.
• Proven experience in L1/L2 troubleshooting, ticket management, and SLA-driven support.
• Familiarity with server environments and Linux administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory; willingness to learn AI tools, scripting, and automation.

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, Windows systems, end-user computing, network connectivity, IT assets, and day-to-day technical operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in system administration, L1/L2 technical support, incident management, vendor coordination, and multi-location IT support.

The candidate should demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication, a customer-service mindset, and a willingness to learn and implement AI-based tools to improve IT operations and support efficiency.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory, as the role requires regular interaction with global users across different regions and time zones.

5+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT infrastructure operations.

Strong hands-on experience with Windows desktop and enterprise IT support.

Proven experience in L1/L2 troubleshooting, ticket management, and SLA-driven support.

Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and LAN/WAN.

Experience in IT asset management, vendor coordination, and multi-site support.

Familiarity with server environments and Linux administration.

Strong customer service, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Willingness to learn AI tools, scripting, and automation techniques.
