Job summary

Cloud Brite Systems India Private Limited is seeking a proactive IT Administrator to provide first-line IT support to employees. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, install and maintain Windows OS and business applications, and support Microsoft 365 services to ensure smooth operations.

You will also manage user accounts, control access, oversee asset inventory, handle onboarding/offboarding, and document incidents and SOPs to strengthen IT security and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Proactive IT support for employees and devices.
  • Strong trouble-shooting and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive).
  • Familiarity with asset management, onboarding and offboarding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and standard business applications.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneDrive.
  • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts.
  • Manage password resets and access permissions.
  • Configure email accounts, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle.
  • Log, prioritize, and resolve support tickets within SLAs.
  • Assist with LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, and video conferencing setup.
  • Prepare laptops and user accounts for new employees.
  • Maintain SOPs and ensure IT security policy compliance.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Administrator to provide first-level IT support to employees. Key Responsibilities
End User Support
  • Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and standard business applications.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneDrive.
User Administration
  • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts.
  • Manage password resets and access permissions.
  • Configure email accounts, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes.
Asset Management
  • Maintain the IT asset inventory, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and accessories.
  • Track asset allocation, returns, warranty details, and lifecycle.
  • Coordinate procurement and replacement of IT equipment.
Ticket Management
  • Log, prioritize, and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level-2 or specialized support teams.
  • Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and root causes.
Infrastructure Support
  • Assist in configuring and troubleshooting LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
  • Support printers, scanners, meeting room equipment, and video conferencing systems.
  • Assist with software deployment and patch management.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Prepare laptops and user accounts for new employees.
  • Configure required software, licenses, and access rights.
  • Recover company assets and revoke system access during employee exit.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies.
  • Support periodic audits related to IT assets and access management.
