Job summary

Broadcom Inc. is seeking a seasoned engineer to design full custom I/O libraries and Analog Mixed-Signal IPs for planar and FinFET technologies.

You will drive critical floor-planning decisions to meet performance goals and ensure layout quality through comprehensive verification. The role requires 8–12 years of hands-on experience in I/O library development, strong planar/FinFET knowledge, and proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso and CALIBRE.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical with 8-12 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience in I/O Library and Analog Mixed-signal IP development and verification.
• Strong understanding of Planar and FinFET layouts and process technology.
• Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso and CALIBRE verification tools.
• Experience with DRC/LVS/ANT/ERC/DFM and related verifications.

Responsibilities

• Design full custom I/O libraries and Analog Mixed-Signal IP layouts.
• Drive floorplanning decisions for optimal placement and routing.
• Perform layout verification to ensure quality and compliance.
• Take end-to-end ownership of deliverables and schedules.
• Collaborate across sites and mentor junior engineers.
