Job summary

Capgemini India is looking for Payroll Operations professionals to manage end-to-end payroll for the organization. You will validate inputs, prepare payout files, and coordinate with banks to ensure timely disbursements.

You will also handle statutory compliance, tax filings, and year-end processes while supporting audits and analytics to drive improvements. This role requires 2-6 years of payroll experience.

Qualifications

• End-to-End payroll processing experience is required.
• Solid knowledge of PF, ESI and PT compliance.
• Experience with TDS and payroll taxation procedures.
• Experience handling final settlements and gratuity calculations.
• Proficient in HRMS/payroll systems and advanced Excel.

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
