Job summary

Capgemini India in Chennai seeks a senior leader to drive end-to-end US & Canada payroll operations, governance, and client engagement, ensuring accuracy, compliance and excellent employee experience.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years in US payroll, strong knowledge of payroll laws, and experience with ADP or equivalent systems, plus leadership and automation capabilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in US payroll operations.
• Mandatory experience in Staffing Industry, Workforce Solutions, MSP, RPO, or Interim Workforce Management environments.
• Strong expertise in US & Canada Payroll Operations Leadership & Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Extensive experience with ADP or equivalent payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of payroll governance, controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Experience managing payroll escalations and complex payroll issues.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship management skills.
• Advanced analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and payroll reporting expertise.
• Experience leading payroll teams and mentoring payroll professionals.
• Experience driving process improvement and automation initiatives.
