Responsibilities

• Daily Stock Tracking & Management: Record all incoming and outgoing merchandise accurately.
• Update inventory records and databases daily.
• Maintain stock levels in Zoho Inventory or related software.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory errors.
• Maintain documentation for stock movements.
• Shipping & Receiving: Receive and inspect shipments for damage or shortages.
• Verify packing slips/invoices against items received.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding discrepancies.
• Prepare, pack, and label items for customer delivery.
• Ensure dispatch documentation and stock updates.
• Load and unload products safely following warehouse safety procedures.
• Zoho Inventory: Maintain product and stock records in Zoho Inventory.
• Create and update purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and delivery records.
• Track stock movement and status through Zoho.
• Generate basic inventory reports and maintain system data.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Executive / Inventory Coordinator with around 2 years of experience in inventory management, stock handling, shipping, and receiving. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Zoho Inventory and be comfortable maintaining accurate stock records and coordinating day-to-day warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Stock Tracking & Management

• Record all incoming and outgoing merchandise accurately.
• Update inventory records and databases on a daily basis.
• Maintain accurate stock levels in Zoho Inventory or related inventory software.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, missing items, and inventory errors.
• Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements.

2. Shipping & Receiving

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage or shortages.
• Verify packing slips/invoices against the actual items received.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding discrepancies.
• Prepare, pack, and label items for customer delivery.
• Ensure proper dispatch documentation and stock updates.

3. Zoho Inventory

• Maintain product and stock records in Zoho Inventory.
