The role focuses on maintaining accurate stock levels, ERP transactions, cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and reducing losses, while leading the Stores/Inventory team and coordinating with Purchase, Production, Planning, Quality, Dispatch and Finance.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Operations / Engineering or equivalent.
• 815 years of relevant experience in manufacturing inventory/stores.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, Inventory Management, MIS & MS Excel.
• Excellent knowledge of stock reconciliation and warehouse processes.
• Strong analytical, leadership and team-management skills.
• Experience in architectural hardware / engineering / building materials manufacturing will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage RM, WIP, Finished Goods & Consumables inventory.
• Ensure accurate physical vs. ERP stock reconciliation.
• Manage GRN, material issue, transfer, return and stock adjustment.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.
• Monitor slow-moving, non-moving and excess inventory.
• Maintain optimum stock levels, reorder levels and safety stock.
• Ensure proper warehouse organisation, FIFO and material traceability.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Planning, Quality, Dispatch & Finance.
• Lead and manage the Stores/Inventory team.
• Implement SOPs and improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
• Control stock variance, damage, pilferage and inventory losses.
