Job summary

Hearing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Reconciliation Specialist in Hyderabad to manage branch-level inventory and stock reconciliations. You will act as the single point of contact for discrepancies, coordinating with Inventory, Finance, Operations, and Branch teams to ensure timely closure of all issues.

The role requires strong knowledge of inventory reconciliation, finance processes, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in reconciliation of inventory and stock across multiple branches.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and lookup functions.

• Act as SPOC for branch-related discrepancies and reconciliation activities.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of inventory, stock, and branch transactions.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Finance, Operations, and Branch teams to resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor pending reconciliation cases, stock mismatches, and inventory variances until closure.
• Prepare reconciliation and MIS reports and variance analyses for management review.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for branch-related discrepancies and reconciliation activities.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of inventory, stock, and branch transactions.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Finance, Operations, and Branch teams to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Monitor and track pending reconciliation cases, stock mismatches, inventory variances, and operational issues until closure.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of pending queries.
• Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports, MIS reports, and variance analysis for management review.
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing required documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and internal controls.
• Escalate critical or unresolved reconciliation issues to the reporting manager.
• Assist in identifying process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen operational controls and loss prevention.
• Maintain accurate records of reconciliations, issue logs, and corrective actions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve reconciliation accuracy and operational efficiency.
