Job summary

Livspace is seeking an Inventory Management professional in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to oversee end-to-end control of inventory for both store and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should possess 3-7 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in retail, and strong attention to detail. The role includes responsibilities such as stock inwarding, management of stock transfers, and ensuring optimal stock availability. Candidates familiar with ERP/POS systems and possessing good coordination skills are preferred.

Job description

To ensure accurate inventory management, stock availability, and efficient movement of goods between warehouse and store, supporting seamless sales and customer fulfillment.

What You Will Own

• End-to-end inventory control for store and back-end warehouse
• Stock inwarding, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and system updates
• Stock replenishment and coordination with supply chain teams
• Inventory accuracy, audits, and reconciliation
• Management of stock transfers, RTV (Return to Vendor), and damages
• Coordination with sales team for product availability and order fulfillment

Key Result Areas

• Maintain high inventory accuracy (system vs physical stock)
• Ensure optimal stock availability with minimal stock-outs
• Reduce shrinkage, damages, and pilferage
• Timely inwarding and dispatch of goods
• Efficient handling of returns, defective, and slow-moving stock
• Adherence to audit and compliance standards
