Job summary

KGK Group in Jaipur seeks a logistics coordinator to oversee finished goods delivery in coordination with the sales team. You will perform regular stock checks, tally inventory, and ensure updates in the EIS system according to physical counts.

Responsibilities include timely invoicing, verifying sales returns, packing, shipping documentation, and coordinating with various departments to ensure orders are executed smoothly and within defined timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility of finished Goods delivery to customer in coordination with sales team in given time frame.
• Periodically stock check and timely clearance with given time/age limit.
• Daily tally physical and system stock and ensure updation in EIS as per physical inventory.
• Periodically review reports and strategies to clear out stock.
• Coordination & Follow-up with relevant Departments for timely order execution.
• Get the proper Invoicing done of goods before sending it to client.
• Proper checking of sales return goods with sales descriptions.
• Ensure timely delivered back repairing goods received from clients.
• Ensure proper packaging of goods until delivered to client.
• Oversee shipping cycle and forwarding relevant information to Sales and Accounting on shipment of goods.
• Ensure proper shipment documentation and inspection of completed orders.
• Ensure proper photography of goods in every manner such as edit and upload.
• Ensure smooth implementation and functioning of policies and procedures.
