Smartworks is seeking an Inventory Executive to manage inward, outward, and entry processes in the system, and to ensure proper stockkeeping, cycle counting, and distribution across locations.

The role requires handling GRN in ERP, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and preparing reports on stock status and discrepancies. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in inventory or warehouse management are expected.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in Inventory Handling or warehouse management.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and experience in ERP.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic IT skills.

Aufgaben

• Receive capex and opex stock from vendors as per PO and invoice.
• Physically check material quantity and quality for discrepancies or near expiry.
• Record Goods Received Notes (GRN) in ERP and submit bills.
• Follow up with vendors and procurement for timely deliveries.
• Issue stocks to projects, operations and community teams as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize inventory use.

Designation: Inventory Executive

Department: Inventory Management

PositionGoals&Objectives:

Manage all the Inward, Outward, Entries in system, stockkeeping, cycle count and distribution of Stocks as per standards and process laid by company.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receiving of Capex & Opex Stock from vendors as per PO and vendor invoice.
• Physically Checking of Materials qty and quality i.e., short, extra, damages, wrong delivery or near-by- expiry etc.
• Materials/GRN receiving on ERP modules and bills submission.
• Follow-up with vendors and procurement team for timely delivery.
• Issuing of stocks to Project, Ops and Community team as per the requirement.
• Co-ordination with internal teams for using the existing inventory.
• Internal transfer of stock within centers as per requirements.
• Keeping records of all gate pass, Requisition slips and Invoice/Waybills etc.
• Preparation of all reports i.e., inwards, Outwards, Internal Transfer, damage/expiry, and stock-in-hand etc.
• Assets Tagging and Scanning.
• Weekly stock checking to avoid damages and expiry.
