Job summary

Vecmocon Technologies Pvt Ltd. is seeking an Inventory Controller to maintain records and monitor stock levels. The role requires meticulous documentation for inbound and outbound materials and ensuring availability to meet production needs.

The incumbent will verify incoming materials, update ERP transactions, and coordinate with Quality to resolve discrepancies. Experience with inventory systems is preferred, and the position is based in India.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, consumables, finished goods, and other inventory items.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory availability as per production requirements.
• Maintain proper inward, outward, issue, return, and transfer records.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are updated accurately in ERP / inventory systems.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
• Support implementation of FIFO / FEFO wherever applicable.
• Verify incoming material against Purchase Orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other documents.
• Coordinate with Quality
