Job description

The Stores and Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, inventory records, material receipt, storage, dispatch coordination, documentation, stock verification, and compliance in the pharmaceutical warehouse department. This requires B.A, B.Com, MBA, or B.Sc qualification with 2–10 years of experience, inventory discipline, documentation accuracy, and knowledge of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
• Verify material documents, invoices, challans, batch details, and quantity during receipt or dispatch.
• Maintain inventory records, stock registers, GRN entries, issue slips, and dispatch documentation.
• Ensure materials are stored as per required conditions, labeling, segregation, and traceability standards.
• Coordinate with production, QA, QC, purchase, logistics, accounts, and transport teams.
• Prepare dispatch documents, packing lists, invoices, e-way bills, and shipment records when required.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry, retest dates, damaged material, and non-moving inventory.
• Support physical stock verification, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
• Follow GMP, GDP, safety, warehouse SOPs, and material handling procedures.
• Ensure rejected, quarantined, approved, and returned materials are properly segregated.
• Report stock mismatch, documentation errors, shortages, or dispatch delays to seniors.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and proper arrangement of warehouse areas.
• Support cold chain or temperature-controlled material handling when required.
• Prepare warehouse MIS, dispatch trackers, and inventory reports.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely stores and dispatch operations.
