Job summary

Acesoft Labs seeks an inventory specialist to optimize warehousing operations at our Hyderabad facility. You will oversee material handling, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate with internal teams to meet shipping deadlines.

The role requires at least 3 years in inventory management, proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools, and familiarity with EMS/automotive sectors. On-site work and adherence to 6S and safety standards are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inventory management.
• Experience in EMS / automotive industries preferred.
• Graduate or Diploma holder in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Achieve customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
• Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
• Interface with customers to address requests and solve problems.
• Manage inventory control mechanisms and supply reports.
• Direct daily warehouse activities including labor scheduling and space utilization.
• Maintain 100% accuracy of Material Master as per department parameters.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile data to maintain inventory levels.
• Prepare MIS reports such as daily receipts, issues, dispatches.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Achieving customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
• Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
• Good Interface and communication with customers to address the requests and solve problems.
• Implementing mechanisms to manage inventory, material control, and accounting as well as supply reports.
• Direct the daily activities of the warehouse, including labor scheduling, supervision and proper utilization of space and equipment.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of Material Master as per department parameters.
• Conduct System Vs physical counts of products and reconcile with data to maintain adequate inventory level.
• Develop and monitor procedures for 6S, Safety and Security of warehouse environment and all goods.
• Preparing various MIS reports like daily material receipt, issue, dispatches & etc.
• Retrieving customer orders and packaging for shipment, preparing shipping documents.
• Tracking and follow up of import materials on urgent need.
• Maintaining incoming records, GRN, binning and labelling activities.

Skills
