Job summary

Pepper Communications Group is looking for an HR Intern to assist in recruitment, engagement, and daily HR operations at our Bengaluru location. This hands-on role offers practical exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition, employee engagement initiatives, and onboarding processes.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our team at Pepper Communications Group (PCG). This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and day‑to‑day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Assist with job postings, candidate shortlisting, and onboarding.
• Help build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Employee Engagement

• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, team events, and celebrations.
• Develop initiatives to improve employee experience and workplace culture.
• Gather employee feedback and suggest actionable improvements.
• Support internal communications and employee recognition initiatives.

HR Operations

• Assist with onboarding formalities and employee induction.
• Support routine HR coordination and administrative activities.
