Job summary

JobShop in Bengaluru is hiring for Premium International Voice Process as Customer Service Executive International Voice. The role is on-site at Belandur / Koramangala and Whitefield with US/UK night shifts. Salary up to 5 LPA plus performance incentives, 5 working days per week.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls for US/UK clients, verifying details, ensuring First Call Resolution, updating CRM, and meeting CSAT/AHT targets while escalating complex issues when needed.
