Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle international customer interactions through Voice / Blended channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, professional and timely resolutions.
• Handle queries related to E-Commerce, B2B, Order Management, Fulfilment and Customer Operations.
• Create, update and track customer cases using CRM / Ticketing Tools.
• Manage customer complaints, service requests and escalations professionally.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Follow defined SOPs, quality standards and process guidelines.
• Meet performance parameters related to quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and resolution targets.
• Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience while handling international customers.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in an International Voice / Blended Process.
• Experience handling international customers.
• Exposure to E-Commerce / B2B / Order Management / Fulfilment will be preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM / Ticketing Tools.
• Excellent verbal English communication skills – Mandatory.
• Good written communication and active listening skills.
• Strong customer handling, problem-solving and query‑resolution abilities.
• Comfortable handling customer complaints and escalations.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and from the Bangalore office.
• Immediate joiners / candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.
