Job summary

Teleperformance is hiring for process associates to handle international US voice processes. The role requires strong English, listening and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset. Candidates within 20 km radius and willing to work night/rotational shifts are encouraged to apply.

CTC is 27,000 with additional fixed bonuses and an in-hand of 24,700. Work will be from the office, five days a week with rotational days off. Benefits include EPFO and ESIC.

• Candidates location should be within our transport boundary. (20km of radius)
• Applicant should be comfortable with strict night shift as well as rotational shifts.

Job Details

• CTC: 27,000+Additional Fixed Bonus; In-hand: 24,700

• Night shift: 9.5 hours of work, including a 1-hour break
• 5 days of work followed by 2 days off on a rotational basis
• One-way cab facilities provided during odd hoursidding exceptional customer service to our clients via calls and handle customer query.
