Job summary

CraftByte Labs is seeking its first dedicated sales person to drive growth across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and more. The role is fully remote with flexible UK daytime or US night shifts, focusing on outreach to business owners and founders.

You will build and manage a pipeline, book meetings, and join client calls to understand needs and close deals, with weekly reporting and feedback loops to the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in international (US/UK/AUS) sales, inside sales, BPO or business development.
• Clear, confident spoken English.
• Comfortable with cold calls, LinkedIn outreach and hearing "no".
• Bonus: experience selling websites, apps, digital marketing or IT services.
